About Us

The Managing Partners and co-founders of Cove Point Properties LLC are brothers George and James Bodenheimer. Established in April 2020, Cove Point Properties is a Commercial Real Estate investment firm. Before founding Cove Point Properties, George served for two years as an Office Leasing Broker at Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to that, he spent six years as a Sales Manager for Tesla in California and New York, after having graduated from Denison University in 2012. James, on the other hand, graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2013, and then went on to spend six years as a College Area Scout for the Atlanta Falcons. In early 2020, he made the decision to leave the world of college football and transition into commercial real estate alongside his brother. James and George have both now returned to their beloved hometown of New Canaan, CT, with their families.
