  Cove Point Properties, a commercial real estate firm led by brothers George and James Bodenheimer, is focused on acquiring high quality and strategically located properties.  Currently, their focus lies on investing in medical properties located across Connecticut and the Greater New York area.

 Geographically, the firm is targeting Connecticut, as well as Westchester County, NY. Having grown up in New Canaan, Connecticut, the brothers possess a knowledge and understanding of the community and are committed to reinvesting back into the area. They also value living and working close to their investments. George and James are devoted to maintaining and improving their properties to best suit their tenants.
